Ze'ev Schlik, CEO
Ze'ev brings to Idioma 18+ years of experience in the high-tech and content industries.
Prior to joining Idioma Ze'ev was the CEO of NMC music, Israel`s largest music label and a licensee of Sony/BMG.
While at NMC, Ze'ev re-organized and led the company from significant losses to profits, followed by a successful exit, all during turbulent years in the music industry.
Before working at NMC, Ze'ev founded Comverse Media, which enabled music labels to provide and manage their digital content over cellular networks.
During its third year of operation the company launched its solutions, established strategic relations with major music labels and leading cellular network operators, initiated pilot projects that were valued in over $12 million, and was immediately acquired by Comverse Network Systems (Nasdaq: CMVT.PK) that organized it as a new devision.
Before that, Ze`ev led the sales and marketing for two Israeli high-tech start-up companies; Silicom (Nasdaq: SILC) and RIT Technologies (Nasdaq RITT ). Both companies` revenues grew, RIT from zero and Silicom from declining 1.2 million, to over$7 million in less then three years.

Ze`ev holds a BS'c in Electronics and Computer Science from the Technion, Israel.

 

 

Leonid Elhanani, VP of R&D
Leonid has 15+ years experience in R&D within the High-Tech industry, and 10+ years experience with Idioma. He has broad based experience as a Technical Project Manager, Systems Analyst, and Director of Professional Services.
Prior to working with Idioma, he spent 8 years at the Azerbaijan Geophysics Science Institute, where he helped oil companies find new reserves through the `R&D of Seismic Vibrations`.
Leonid received an MSC of Electrical Science from Azerbaijan Technical University and a BS in Engineering from Azerbaijan Telecommunication College. He holds three patents in Geophysics markets.

 

 

Arieh Fine, CFO
Arieh has 15+ years experience in all aspects of financial and corporate management within rapid-growth environments.
To date, he has raised more than $30M in venture capital and more than $10M in debt facilities. Prior to joining Idioma, Arieh implemented financial and business strategies for numerous hi-tech startups, and managed a private investors group that providing angel funding for technology startups.
He was a Senior Principle and founding member at a management consulting affiliate of a `Big Four` accounting firm, and an Assistant Political Advisor on Foreign Affairs to the Mayor of Jerusalem.
Arieh received his MBA and BA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem - jammer .
