Acquisition of distributed US TV monitoring network from DGFastChannel signals strategic move into broadcast information services for the company

Netanya, Israel -- February 15, 2007 -- Idioma today announced the acquisition of DGFastchannel's (NASDAQ:DGIT) state of the art US TV monitoring network. The network, based on Idioma's own SmartLogTM technology, was originally deployed by FastChannel Networks prior to its merger with DG Systems to form DGFastChannel.

The move represents a significant strategic enhancement for Idioma - bringing together the company’s advanced, field-proven advertisement monitoring technology with an established network infrastructure comprising hundreds of servers covering over 50 top US DMA's, a fully-functional operations center in Boston, and a professional media information processing facility. The end result – a powerful new broadcast information service, providing advertisers and enterprises with targeted, customizable verification and market information tools focused at providing near-real-time, actionable intelligence.

Idioma's SmartLog platform is a modular, highly scalable digital content capture, analysis and management platform. Leveraging SmartLog's video and audio recognition capabilities (based on a unique hybrid fingerprinting and watermarking approach), the Idioma TV Monitoring Network enables high-quality automated capture, recording, identification, verification and analysis of TV and IPTV content.

Together with strategic partners including leading US media firms, Idioma will offer highly solutions and services to the US advertisement and business information markets, as well as new online marketing segments such as web video content monitoring. At the same time, Idioma will continue to develop and support SmartLog – recognized as one the industry's most advanced advertisement monitoring platforms.

"Once we identified the market need for advertiser-oriented, customizable and actionable media intelligence solutions, the added value of owning our own monitoring network was clear," said Ziv Gottesfeld, CEO of Idioma. "Now we can provide world-class, fully outsourced solutions based on our proven technology, that are both highly reliable and cost-effective," he continued. "We expect to expand our Partnership base and announce key agreements with leading US-based media companies in the very near future, and are also exploring cooperation with DGFastchannel itself. Forging these strategic relationships will both further broaden our media coverage and help us reach new market players," he concluded.
